Chocolate REDUCES Afib

A study has just revealed that consistent chocolate intake can decrease the probability of Atrial Fibrillation (Afib) by up to 20 percent in most persons! The Mayo Clinic describes Atrial Fibrillation as: a condition in which the top and bottom chambers of the heart become out of sync. This electrical malfunction may lead to a severe stroke or cardiac arrest. Several sources claim that the research preformed in Denmark between the years 1993 to 1997 on nearly 55,500 people was conducted to analyze chocolate intake. The study resulted that chocolate significantly prevented the Afib in these patients. Fox News states: “For women, the biggest risk reduction was linked to eating one serving of chocolate per week. For men, the biggest risk reduction was associated with eating two to six servings per week”. With so many concerns and lectures on preventive healthcare, you should really consider giving yourself more chocolate!
